Fund daily frontline support in Grande-Synthe

Your donation helps fund water access, hygiene, charging, Wi-Fi, waste management and volunteer-led daily support for displaced people in northern France. We receive no government funding.

Why Roots?

Roots provides practical services that people use every day: water, hygiene support, charging, Wi-Fi, cleaner living areas and community access points. These are not extras. They are essential for dignity, communication, health and safety.

Where your money goes

We use donations to keep core services running: materials and maintenance for water, sanitation and hygiene services, charging and communications infrastructure, waste-management supplies, vehicle and logistics costs, and the practical equipment our volunteer team needs to deliver daily support.

Is my donation secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by PLATFORM; we never see your card details.

Can I cancel a monthly gift?

Yes, at any time, from the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us.

Can I donate in pounds?

Yes, through JustGiving or PayPal. Your bank converts the amount. To confirm

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. HelloAsso issues a reçu fiscal automatically for French taxpayers. JustGiving handles Gift Aid. For other platforms, email us. To confirm

Can I give in someone’s name?

How much goes to the work?
